We Are Seeking Vendors To Be A Class Act Charity Sponsors

VENDOR FOR CHARITY
We are delighted that you are interested in learning more about Vending and the steps toward participation.

 

The Vendors are Unique! 

They are Sponsors that Vend for Charity by Raising Awareness to a Personal Cause and financially donating an agreed upon amount used solely for Charity.

Here Is How 

Donate Money                     $100

The Vendor’s personal charitable donation. 

 

Donate                       $30 For Canned Goods

Option of $30 Donation or 40 Canned Good 

​Deadline for Canned Good Donation is Saturday, October 14th

We ask Vendors to donate a pre-approved desirable item or service two weeks prior to the event for the Charity Raffle.

Table & Space 

Space is designated inside the event room around the perimeters of the room. 

Space will be assigned in order of payment. 

Space includes an 8ft draped table and chair.

All items must be contained within the space allotted. (displays, signage, etc.)

Attire

The Vendor Attire is Mandatory Black Semi Formal, or Formal. It Is Imperative that the Class Act Vendors are well Dressed and Professional.

Prime Time ​after the Event for 1 hour 

Unloading and Parking

Vehicles must be unloaded at the door and parked in the parking lot.

Prime Time

Vendors are asked to stay for Prime Time 

Prime Time is one hour after the Charity Event to patronize the vendors.

Break Down and Clean Up

45 mins will be allotted.

Please leave the area in the same condition it was received.

The vendor coordinator will meet with you to Thank you for your participation.

Vendors Items

The Benefit is open to Literature, Desserts, Fitness, Hair, Jewelry, Apparel, Shoes, Health, Beauty and Care products.

Each category will be limited to category and variety. ​We reserve the right to limit similar products or services to ensure a well-rounded event.*Alcohol, firearms, controlled substance, and pornographic materials not limited to are prohibited from sales at this event. 

Policy Payment, Refund, Tardy, Cancellation, No Show

All Payments Are received as Donations and are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable, as they are used to Promote and Support Charity. Showing up late, Cancelling, or Not Showing to rehearsals or the event causes a huge hindrance and compromise to the events success. We ask participants to have integrity, if you agree to participate. Please follow through. We spend hours planning, promoting and advertising.
